Tan Ping is one of China’s most recognized artists and printmakers; his area of greatest exploration has been in abstract art rather than figurative work. In this installation of drawings and video, he invites viewers to consider human expression and culturally-specific contexts of viewing.
This exhibition is generously supported by Tan Ping Studio, the Helme Prinzen Endowment and Pifo New Art Gallery.
