The goal of the exhibition is to present the diversity and strength of contemporary art being produced in the state today, and to promote communication between curators and Arizona artists. Based upon the 356 entries, the jurors selected twenty-two artists. The ASU Art Museum’s curators visited the studios of selected artists to identify approximately three pieces from each for the exhibition.
