Presented alongside their exhibition, “To Sink the Shallow and Raise the Deep,” the conversation offers a closer look at Martinez’s approach to painting, transforming everyday and discarded materials into works that explore memory, place and belonging.
The Visionary Lecture Series brings artists into dialogue with the community, centering art as a force for connection, cultural reflection and collective well-being.
