Start your winter with an intentional gathering of rest and reflection, hosted in collaboration with Ashley Burns of DIGS Wellness. Inspired by Muddy Terrains and its themes of impermanence and temporality, this experience invites us to slow down, embrace ritual, and connect with community. Together, we’ll unearth the eternal within through the practice of rest.
Ashley will lead a Yoga Nidra meditation from Tracee Stanley’s best-selling book Radiant Rest. Meditation begins promptly at 6:15 p.m.
