Shared Passion: Sara and David Lieberman Collection of Contemporary Ceramics and Craft

The Sara and David Lieberman Collection of more than 200 contemporary ceramics works was recently promised to the ASU Art Museum. Selections from this Who’s Who of contemporary ceramics will be on display in the Ceramics Research Center. The exhibition will continue in the Nelson Fine Arts Center with selections from the Liebermans’ other great collections of contemporary craft.

Opening Reception
On Saturday, February 8, the ASU Art Museum will present receptions for Shared Passion and CoBrA: From the Collection of Stephane Janssen from 7 – 9pm at the Arizona State University Art Museum’s Nelson Fine Arts Center location and Ceramics Research Center.

ASU Art Museum Presentation
Organized by Peter Held, ASU Art Museum’s new Curator of Ceramics, Shared Passion: Sara and David Lieberman Collection of Contemporary Ceramics and Craft will be installed in the Arizona State University Art Museum’s Ceramics Research Center and Nelson Fine Arts Center locations.

Duration
Shared Passion: Sara & David Lieberman Collection of Contemporary Ceramics and Craft(February 8 – May 18, 2003) is open at the Ceramics Research Center Wednesday through Saturday from 1pm – 5pm and at the Nelson Fine Arts Center Tuesday from 10am to 9pm, Wednesday through Saturday from 10am to 5pm.
