CALL Program Coordinator
The Program Coordinator for Arizona State University Art Museum reports directly to the Curator of Learning & Co-Creation to support the development, execution and assessment of the Creative Aging for Lifelong Learners Workshop series (CALL) program. This is a temporary, 12-month position where the Coordinator will work collaboratively with University partners and plan and execute the program as assigned. The Coordinator ensures that the goals and objectives specified for the program are accomplished in accordance with established priorities, time and funding limitations or other specifications. In collaboration with the Curator of Learning & Co-Creation and other ASU Art Museum staff, the Coordinator supports the continued advancement of the program and contributes to forward planning and resource development.

ASU Art Museum is currently seeking a self-motivated and creative individual to support the ASU Art Museum’s Communications department. The Communications Aide plays an integral role and will work closely with the department head assisting with a variety of Communication projects, not limited to but including social media content, tabling and clerical work. The Communications head department will strategize and approve what content to post ahead of time. A qualified candidate will possess an ability to manage multiple assignments and priorities, along with a professional attitude and demeanor.
Incumbent may work up to 25 hours per week on a regular schedule during normal business hours (Monday–Friday, 9 a.m.–5 p.m.). Some evenings and weekends may be required.
ASU Art Museum has many positions available for work-study eligible students. Positions range from visitor services and installation to education and administration.
